Go for a new house with bkr mortgage, 380706 euro in a week

Filed under: Getting Credit, Loans + Cash Info, Money + Finance — admin at 8:08 am on Thursday, August 28, 2008

Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately.

While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 3 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 3 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 6 percentage. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 9 percent offered by competitors will change.

Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 4 percent. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Different lenders charge different fees. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. See which lenders are charging fees 4 percent and for how much. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 11 percent. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 10 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged.

Remotely Connecting by Satellite To the Hospital - 2005

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 7:11 am on Thursday, August 28, 2008

Hospital’s and the Medical Professionals associated with them across America have discovered during the last few years that a great deal of efficiency can be accomplished by utilizing the World Wide Web to connect Doctors, Surgeons, Medical Transcribers and remote or mobile Clinics together. A specialist can instantly review an X-Ray or medical chart half way around the world or from a very remote area. Although most of this connectivity is accomplished utilizing high speed terrestrial internet connections like a T1, Cable or DSL connections, there are many areas in the U.S. where this type of internet connection isn’t available.

Satellite internet connectivity has advanced enough during the last year or so to allow a specialist to view highly detailed graphical information (x-rays or scans from MRI equipment) in a HIPPA compliant internet environment that can be deemed “high speed”. The equipment needed to accomplish this is more expensive than a DSL or Cable connection and there are somewhat more complicated security measures needed; however, more and more medical group’s are seeing the benefits from this type of connection and adding satellite internet “ground stations” at the remote homes of resident doctors, medical professionals like transcribers and smaller clinics they serve.

The early efforts to provide satellite internet to this field were frankly miserable failures……either not HIPPA compliant or speeds so slow you could have gotten a courier to bring it faster! DirecWay and Starband solutions just don’t have enough upload speed to handle this type of activity. When you add nearly 2 seconds of latency inherent in this type of satellite connection, you have a bunch of frustrated folks!

The equipment which will be the standard for several years to come includes an outdoor dish (1.2 meter is now standard), coax cabling no greater than 200′ to an indoor unit which handles routing, modem functions and provides the required security. The upload transmitters are much more powerful now……up to 4 watts (compared to 1 watt or less in earlier solutions). They are capable of instantly “ramping up” the wattage during inclement weather to all but eliminate rain fade and can provide sustained speeds in the T1 or better range if required.

What does all of this magic cost? The costs have dropped precipitously during the last year as a result of two main factors: underutilized transponders on many Ku band satellites covering North America and good ole competition between the hardware manufacturers. In 2002 a .74 meter dish setup with a watt transmitter ran over $2,800 for equipment and upwards of $150 per month…..and did a miserable job! In 2005, the same basic cost will bring a 1.2 meter dish and speeds of nearly 1200 kbps download and a sustained 128 kbps or better upload……including a Quality of Service (QOS) guarantee of speed from the internet service provider! Higher speeds are available for additional cost (as high as 2040+kbps downloads and 1028+kbps uploads).

These speeds combined with much lower latency (these internet providers use IP technology throughout the trip through space - not Digital Video Broadcast translated into IP) provide a reliable, secure and fast experience. For the professional or clinic unable to obtain terrestrial high speed internet, it is a great solution.

The Sector for Gaming Laptops Has Become a Crowded One

Filed under: Online Technology Resources — admin at 10:24 am on Tuesday, August 26, 2008

It wasn’t too long ago when only a few brands made gaming notebooks. They were basically like a small quantity manufacturing plant. Didn’t ship a large amount but made a lot of money on each unit. Everyone wanted this kind of laptop, but it was too overpriced. They the the latest technology and just the best laptops. Regardless of the excitement created I don’t reckon they were amazing sellers because I do not believe customers would buy laptops instead of desktop computers as they were so expensive. As bigger brands see the revenues in the gaming laptop market, things looks to have altered.

If mass manufactured, brands can yield big margins on gaming laptops. With laptop computers becoming like consumer electronics this is an excellent profit center for them. Also they know they can convince prospects to buy laptops like these more easily than small system builders. I’m pretty certain that boutique sellers will be forced to drop their prices for them to compete. I’m fairly confident that the well known brands will try to squeeze the little ones out. Big companies can use their brand names to easily win prospects over.

In my view these brands are rolling out the best laptops at this point in time. Still though, for the little small companies this should turn out to be positive. Configurating the spec is something all us techies like. These kinds of purchasers more often then not are well grounded in the technology and would compare spec for spec. For certain buyers, the specs and speed can be much more important in comparison to style.

This would be quite advantageous from the prospects view. Ultimately it will push prices down even more and make the high spec technology even more accessible for the consumer. Who can predict what will take place. I’m really not sure anymore. New notebook launches should prolong high prices. Multinational brands have associated themselves with the laptops for gaming sector and only time will tell what awaits.

Stop Juggling, and Start Achieving! Three Steps to the Top!

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 5:18 am on Monday, August 25, 2008

Want more success in your business or professional life? Here’s a proven-effective 3-step strategy that will help take you soaring to the top in any endeavor.

There’s a lot of “noise” in the business world today about the importance of being able to multi-task, or juggle several tasks simultaneously.

But there’s another personal capability that’s actually far more important to your ultimate success than multi-tasking — the ability to focus your mind.

This capability in itself often determines who rises to the top in any business or profession, and who will remain a lower- or mid-echelon multi-tasker.

** Focus = Results
Why is mental focus so much more important that the multi-task juggling game expected of so many business people today?
There’s a very powerful reason focus is so important, although often rare: Mental focus enables you to actually ACHIEVE A DESIRED END RESULT — not just juggle to “keep the balls in the air.”

Do you think Bill Gates spends his energy multi-tasking? Of course not. He has trained himself to focus on a desired END RESULT — and direct his resources accordingly. In short - he developed the ability to FOCUS.

Gates, like all of today’s top leaders, got where he is today because of focus! Although he obviously has multiple desired end tasks — he has disciplined himself to drop all the “balls” to the floor *except* the one he is focused on bringing to completion in that moment.

Sure — Gates has a staff to delegate to now. But before he built that hugely successful business, he first developed the ability to FOCUS on a single end result and get it achieved!

** First - Stop Juggling
I can hear you mumbling to yourself. “Oh yeah,” and how can I just let all those balls drop to the floor while I focus on only one thing?”

Yes, we ARE talking about a “gutsy” approach. It’s actually a true test of willpower, mental focus and self-discipline. BUT — it’s also the mark of virtually every top winner in every life arena — from sports to business.

This approach requires that you look beyond all the balls you are juggling, and determine which must be allowed to fall to the floor for now.

It may even require that you let ALL those “balls” fall to the floor to clear the air. Because your first REAL job is to cut through your multi-tasking stress — and determine the “end result” that has highest priority.

Notice I used the word “result” — not tasks.
And your next job is to focus, and work on that single most important *RESULT* until it is achieved.
Develop this ability - and your value to any organization (including your own business) has just grown beyond comprehension!

** Build Focused Brain Power
If you’re determined to move your business or professional life forward, here’s a time-proven strategy that works:

First — Make a list of the END RESULTS you wish to accomplish. Focus on the desired end results, NOT the required tasks.

Second - Prioritize your list in terms of “survival or growth,” which ever is currently most critical.

Third - Start at the top of your list, and move down toward the bottom, asking the following questions for each desired end result:

Question #1: What will happen if this is NOT achieved? Is this item in the correct spot on my list? Is some other end result more important to survival/growth?

Question #2. What portion of this end result is MY responsibility? Which of my activities and/or skills has the highest personal excellence value, and will help me achieve this end result?

Question #3. Can someone else achieve this end result better than I can? If so, who? How can I best delegate this?

Question #4: What is the single most valuable use of my time RIGHT NOW?

There is only ONE correct answer to this final question at any given time.

Your ability to determine the single most valuable use of your time, and then focus your personal efforts on the required tasks, is the key to successful personal excellence and results-oriented management.

** The Final Results
Once you’ve identified the single most important end result at this moment — your next job is to focus your brainpower on it single-mindedly until it is 100% complete.

Forget the juggling act. Focus and persevere. Discipline yourself until the end result is achieved. Focus and commit to build personal excellence brainpower.

Hard work? Yes!

Rewarding? Most certainly!

By building this ability to set priorities and concentrate on getting results - you will soon develop the habit of high personal achievement and excellence.

And not only will you have the satisfaction of getting results you WILL stand out in any organization, business or industry!
This habit alone is certain to guarantee you great success in life.

Ofcom Statistics Indicate Increased Online Usage

Filed under: Consumer World, Online Technology Resources, University Of Telecommunication — admin at 6:11 am on Friday, August 22, 2008

An August 2008 annual report by Ofcom indicated that consumers in the UK are obviously spending an increased time connected to the internet, but are paying less for the privilege. Peter Philips, Partner, Strategy and Market Development, also stated that even though we are using our communication devices for longer periods of time, it is costing less money. This he believes is due to a healthy competitor market, which has resulted in prices that offer a higher value for your money. Ofcom is meeting their goal in helping deliver that the consumers demand.

The report further indicated that there has been an increase in the use of communication services. The biggest increase was in mobile internet usage, which almost quadrupled in the past five years. However, the actual household spending on communications services fell by 1.6 percent since 2006.

The fall in prices is due to several factors. Subscriptions to bundled packages are on the rise, because the bundled packages come with discounts, which is an incentive. Sales on bundles of three or more services almost doubled from 18 percent to 32 percent between 2006 and 2008. Another contributing factor is the lowering of broadband prices, and lastly consumers hunting for better bargains and the best deals. By March 2008, statistics indicated that approximately 27% of subscribers had switched their ISP at least once.

Prisoners of War

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 3:03 am on Thursday, August 21, 2008

It is very-2 tragic to her to story of Prisoners of peace. Recent death sentence to Surbjit and his family members fight has forced us to think about this issue. Surjit was given death sentence by Pakistan Supreme Court for being involved in three bomb blast in Pakistan. However the first question is of identity clash. Surbjit was identified as Manjit singh, an Indian spy. Where he has provided all the documents telling he is Surbjit. Second thing is the apathy of Indian Government,
Which has taken no concern for him?

Question is how long innocent people will go on suffering for the tension between two nations. This is the issue which has brought us more near on humanitarian grounds. People from both sides are suffering for this. Our objective should not only to save Surbjit, But to help every one suffering from it irrespective of his nationality. I welcome this initiative by Indian press.

We have first time seen that people from all background are coming across to save Surjit. This is possible only because of the healthy media present in India. Earlier we have seen lot of people dying in prison even without being noticed. Still there are reports of thousands of people from both sides waiting for to be released. Main concern is that why for so many years no body had come up with these issues.

People are mostly from poor background, therefore nobody to fight for them. Their families are not in this state to help them. Even Surbjit Family has to fight for last twenty years to highlight this issue. This is the power of these four women (Surbjit sister, two daughters and wife), which has forced the government of India and Pakistan to think about this issue. This issue also highlights the power of media. But surbjit family was not able to do in twenty years is done by media is just one month.

It makes us to think to strengthen our media. One more thing concern me is the behavior of Indian government towards this issue. Surbjit family had got the maximum help from Canadian agencies, where Indian government has done nothing irrespective of lot request. This is not a good sign for country like India. However the good news is that we have aware people and media. Hopefully no more this type of things will happen in future. People in jails will we released soon.

The Cockroach Test

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 2:16 am on Thursday, August 21, 2008

Let me ask you a question? Imagine I would offer you $10 for eating 10 living cockroaches. Would you do it? Now listen, I raise the ante and offer you $100. How does that feel? If you hear me saying “you get $1000 bucks” does that change something? Here is the ultimate offer 1 million dollars for eating 10 living cockroaches right now. What is your feeling now?

I am sure, if you pictured the disgusting image you have shaken. You would never do it for one buck. At least most of us won’t. But, the higher the gratification the more you start thinking about it seriously. Right?

What does this tell us? Seems like there is something we connect to lots of money that let us consider doing things we usually won’t do. What is it?

The answer is: It is the balance between pleasure and pain. We tend to connect having money, lots of money in particular, with lots of pleasure. We imagine what we could do with all that money, Buy a house, travel, buy cars, dine out in the most luxurious restaurants, pay our kids a great education, have freedom, have fun and joy.

The interesting thing is that we would take some pain even if we are not sure about the pleasure we can gain in the future. After all, before you would get the money you have to eat the cockroaches. A future pleasure can overturn a present pain.

Now, why have I published this article in the business section?

Because the principle is so basic that it is the guiding principle in business as well. Do you procrastinate? Sometimes maybe? The reason is that the pain of not doing what you should do is less than the pleasure you have by doing what you do right now. We all want to avoid pain and gain pleasure. The more pleasure we feel the more pain it needs to get us away from what we do.

This is an important experience for every business owner. So, let me repeat this:

“The more pleasure we feel the more pain it takes to get us away from what we do”

You have heard about the importance to have a clear business goal. But a clear goal is not enough. What you need to be successful and totally committed is a business goal that really excites you. Something that is so pleasurable that it drags you every moment in your life. Something that has more power to drag you towards it than every pain you can imagine. Do you have such a business goal? Most businesses don’t.

That is the reason why so many businesses fail. It is not techniques, skills, knowledge, luck or circumstances. It is the lack of a goal that is so pleasurable that it makes you eat cockroaches daily only to get there.

Unfortunately, money is seldom or never enticing enough to be that goal. Money is only a means to an end. Listen, do you really believe your goal in life is to collect green pieces of paper with the counterfeits of famous people printed on them? Certainly not. Remember the cockroach experiment. It is the pleasure you connect with the things you could do if you had money that made you want to eat the bugs. Making money is the worst business reason you can possibly have.

What you need is a something where making money is a prerequisite but not the real goal. That way making money becomes a real need - which is important- but it is not the real goal. It is only an objective.

Find the goal that would make you eat cockroaches every day and than make it your business. This is a surefire approach to success.

Spend as much time as you need to find that goal, to find your purpose because it is the most important step in your whole business life. Everything else is just objectives.

You ask me how to find a goal? Here is my answer. A goal is a dream with a timeline. To find a goal start dreaming. Dream yourself into the most pleasurable environment you can think of. What would that be? Be like a little child, curious and open. Remember in a dream everything is possible. Miracles can happen in a dream (and in real life). If you know you couldn’t fail, what is it you wanted to do? How it would look like, what would it sound like, how would it feel.

Develop your dream and than make it a goal by setting a clear timeline when it has to be reached. In 1 year, in 5 years in 10 years. Tomorrow? Whatever it is make sure you have a clear idea when you want to be there. And then, find the steps you need to take to get there.

I can ensure you if you have a powerful, enticing goal you will start eating cockroaches every day and enjoy it. Because every single day will get you closer to your goal.

Have fun

Brace Yourself, This Might Hurt

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 9:02 pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2008

At fifty years old I felt great. The legs could do twenty miles on a bike, I could photograph four weddings on a weekend and still build a patio the next
day. Only one thing on my body was wearing out at a fast clip and that was my teeth. As I sat meekly in the dentist’s torture chair, he casually hiked his butt on the desk and gave me a choice. I could keep him filling the cavities one at a time or I could have them all pulled and get an upper.

“All?”, I squeaked. I still had fourteen teeth left in my upper jaw and I cringed at the thought of only one extraction, much less fourteen at once. He explained that it would all be done under the deadening effects of Novocain and I wouldn’t feel a thing. I would have to hide in the house only two days and the denture would be fitted immediately upon arrival. I mulled it over for two minutes and thinking that it would be great to be able to take out my teeth and scrub them up judiciously every night won me over. I said, “O.K. I’ll go for the package.

But on sale, the package was not. A specialist oral surgeon was required at a cost of three weeks salary. No wonder he had dozens of underwater photographs expensively displayed in his waiting room. Trips to Bermuda cost big bucks. I won’t go into the gory details, but one hour later, I saw in the mirror a hundred year old man, gumming his words and drooling on the floor.

Three days later, I entered our kitchen to a sympathetic wife, asking how I made out and giving me the “Let’s see your smile” bit. I grinned, she said, “Great”, and I asked, “Did you see the pflyers I made for the bulletin board?”

She said, “Pliers? I didn’t see any pliers” I said a little louder, “You know, the pfliers from Pfoodtown.”

At this point, she understood my problem and started to laugh. My new dentures didn’t quite fit properly and I couldn’t pronounce my “f’s” properly. At first I was embarrassed, but then we both had a big laugh. We laughed so hard, my stomach hurt and my eyes teared up. It’s never easy growing old.

You Only Have One Pair - Leg Injuries, How Not To Have Them

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin at 3:50 am on Saturday, August 16, 2008

Incorrect exercise may have adverse effects and you could end up injuring yourself. Leg injury is most common for work out freaks. Never ever hurry yourself. Try to do too much in les time can result in unforeseen critical injuries. Most common injuries from work outs are a result to improper practice and no warm up practices.

If any part of your body hurts beyond normal threshold after a work out, use ice packs. If it does not reduce in 24 hours do not hesitate to contact your trainer or a doctor. While working out your legs make sure that you do not have any previous pelvis or knee condition.

Guidelines to avoid leg injury

While doing leg exercises, always keep your stomach in and the torso stable. Do not lock your knees while extending legs. Following these guidelines will help you avoid leg injury.

Lunges Bending downward, do not overdo by bending too far. Do not go over your toe, if you do you will be putting undue pressure on the knee which may result in a leg injury.

Extensions Always perform leg extensions without locking the knee. Extend your legs slowly without any jerks.

Leg Press Leg press is a machine based exercise. It is less stressful on the knees. Keep your torso stable and build up the weight slowly. Do not jerk or use fast motions.

Leg Curls Leg curls are done to strengthen your hamstring. Make sure you are using the right equipment; your back should not arch from the exercise. Keep your torso stable and lift only as much as you can. Do not go gaga on the weight it could result in back or leg injury.

Squats Squats can be done with or without a machine. Using a machine will help keep your back in the correct position, so that it is not stressed unwontedly. Squats are very good for the entire leg if done properly by use of correct weights. Keep your back stable and move only your knee, ankle and hip. Please be careful that your knees do not extend in front of your toes. This helps keeping leg injuries at bay.

Step-ups Always start your step-ups on a low surface without weights. Increase the height gradually until your knee should not be parallel to the ground. Do not let your knee go over the toe. Keep your back straight.

Biking Biking is a very good exercise for the legs and extremely good for the knees. Be careful that when your leg is at the bottom stroke, your knee is slightly bent.

Not everyone is comfortable putting their personal information online. It is up to you to make customers feel at ease while they do business with your company. This means boasting your reputable name on your site with the Verisign Banner or the Better Business Bureau seal. These are not just added accessories to make your site look pretty this is your good name hard at work.

You’d be surprised how easy it is to turn someone into an e-shopper. The security of a shopping cart allows customers to know instantaneously that everything is OK and that their credit card number is in fact not lost in cyberspace. When gaining the trust of a potential customer, it is important to go the extra mile. I e-mail my customers numerous times to make sure they are happy with their product, and to ask about their success. All of this may seem time consuming, but it is worth it. My clients have come to expect reliability and honesty from me, and I would have it no other way.

Even if you do all of the things I have outlined to build up this trust, your good name can be lost immediately with the sale of one shabby product. Your business is your top investment so it is important to make sure there is plenty of value in everything you produce.
